Salt Lake Community College Taylorsville Redwood Campus 4600 S Redwood Road, Salt Lake City Breakout sessions include: - Financial aid - College readiness - Culture - Career advising - Student panels Seating is limited. Register by March 2, 2017 at bit.ly/pacificislander2017 Business or cultural attire encouraged (no gym clothes, please). SLCC Admissions representatives will deliver posters and handouts. If you have any questions, contact Tevita Hola at [email protected] or 801-957-3713. UVU's scholarship deadline is February 1st. Students are guaranteed an academic merit scholarship if they meet the requirements and are admitted by the February 1st deadline. If they’ve applied before February 1st and their transcript and ACT scores are postmarked by the deadline, that is also fine, but we’d rather not have them wait until the last minute. All other scholarships (departmental, need based, leadership, honors, etc.) require an application that can only be filled out after a student is admitted. Those are due on February 1st as well, so students who wait until the very end of January to send everything in will likely miss out on those opportunities.
Students interested in our Wolverine Ambassador Program can apply here. All students interested in UVU, especially students considering applying for the ambassador program are invited to attend our Wolverine Weekend on January 21st. |
