To apply for the need-blind scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Two winners will be selected based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, community volunteerism, leadership honors and awards, paid work experience and a brief essay. In the case of equivalent candidates, priority will be given based on the earlier date that this scholarship application is completed
