Mae & Mary Scholarship Fund Eligibility
Include a 140-character message about e-waste. The top 10 applications will be selected as finalists. The finalists will be asked to write a full length 500 to 1,000 word essay about e-waste.
Must be the child or grandchild of a United States veteran, be a US citizen and demonstrate financial need. Selection based on academic promise, financial need and merit.
Magna Chamber of Commerce; Exodus Healthcare Network PLLC, your health care clinic in Magna, is pleased of offer a new scholarship opportunity for graduating seniors. As the primary healthcare provider in Magna for well over 20 years, Exodus Healthcare would like to continue blessing Magna through its new program of recognizing outstanding graduating seniors.
Here are a few details for this year’s scholarship program:
· Candidates: Graduating Seniors at Cyprus High School
· Scholarship application materials: Completed application, Recommendation letter from Cyprus High School faculty member, Individually created 5 to 10 minute video presentation by student with topic: “Honor a Magna resident and their contribution to the community’s culture.”
· Scholarship Awards – Presented at Scholarship Luncheon presented by the Magna Chamber of Commerce on May 17: 1st Place: $2500, 2nd Place: $1500, 3rd Place: $1000
· Applications reviewed and awarded by members of the Exodus Healthcare Scholarship Committee.

The scholarships are offered for full-time undergraduate study at accredited four-year colleges and universities in the USA. Up to 30 scholarships of $3,000 each will be awarded annually, 15 to graduating high school seniors and 15 to current college students.
UHEAA and StepUp just introduced a new scholarship contest called StepUp to College Costs. They're giving away two $500 scholarships to 8th and 9th graders and two $500 scholarships to 10th and 11th graders. Contest details and applications for 8th/9th and 10th/11th are on their website. The deadline is April 17, 2018.

Write an essay on one of five topics posed on the year’s competition book (2016 Little Women). Judged on style, content, grammar, originality, clear, concise writing that is original, articulate, logically organized and well-supported. Each English teacher may submit one junior and one senior essay.
Through this program, 10 Orange County, California and Salt Lake County, Utah high school seniors pursuing STEM bachelor’s degrees will be selected to receive a four-year scholarship totaling $10,000 ($2,500 per year) from The Edwards Lifesciences Fund. In addition, the scholarship recipients will have an opportunity to visit our campus in Irvine or Draper and apply for internship opportunities with the company.
Annually, the Granite Education Foundation awards needs-based scholarships to Granite District students. Assistance ranges from $500 to $1500 in an effort to launch students from high school graduation into an accredited college, university, or technical college. The Foundation provides thousands of dollars in scholarships to students each year.
